THE BOX CONTAINS:
- 5 - 10 or 15 handmade gluten-free pods (depending on the chosen format between 5 / 10 or 15 pods) individually wrapped.
- 500g - 1000g or 1500g of very fresh ricotta
PREPARATION
- Open the gluten-free cannoli box, arrange the wafers on a surface
- Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, take it out and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta.
- Take a wafer, apply light pressure on the piping bag, and with small rotating movements, fill the wafer first on one side and then on the other.
- Once the filling phase is complete, enjoy the delight.

Crusts: rice flour, wine (contains sulfites), fresh eggs, sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower oil, palm and coconut vegetable fats in variable proportions), water, emulsifiers: E471, salt, flavorings, acidity regulator: E330, coloring: E160a), water, sunflower seed oil, corn starch, heat-treated rice flour, tapioca starch, wine vinegar, potato starch, rice starch, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, psyllium, inulin, flavorings.
Ricotta: fresh sheep ricotta, sugar >2%. May contain traces of nuts. allergens: lactose.

The freshness of the cannoli remains unchanged for 8 days, and since the cold chain is not interrupted throughout the journey, even when the packages are stationary, there is no risk of loss of ricotta quality.
