Boxes are shipped on Monday and Tuesday to ensure maximum freshness and quality. This guarantees that your delights do not remain held up at distribution centers over the weekend. To ensure fresh products arrive during the week, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our shipments are delivered throughout Italy within 48 to 72 hours. However, exceptional circumstances may cause delivery delays, such as during the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, when times may be extended. Other delays may be due to issues with the courier handling the shipment.
Whatever the reason, if your package is delayed, we invite you to contact our customer service so we can assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

Our fresh products are shipped using exclusive SicilyBox insulated containers, maintaining a controlled temperature thanks to the use of gel ice packs to preserve their freshness throughout transport. This ensures the cold chain is not broken. We also guarantee that products can be in transit for up to 6 days in winter and up to 4 days in summer.
