Boxes are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure maximum freshness and quality. This guarantees that your delights do not remain held up at distribution centers over the weekend. To ensure fresh products arrive during the week, orders must be placed by 1 PM on Tuesday.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our shipments are delivered throughout Italy within 48 to 72 hours. However, exceptional circumstances may cause delivery delays, such as during the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, when delivery times may be extended. Other delays may be due to issues with the courier handling the shipment.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

This ensures the cold chain remains unbroken. We guarantee that products can be in transit for up to 6 days in winter and up to 4 days in summer.
