EXPIRATION AND STORAGE
Choco-cereal crust: 1 month from the arrival of the package. Store outside the fridge, in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
Sheep ricotta: 7 days from the shipment of the package (see expiration label on the piping bag). Store at +4 degrees.
White chocolate cream: 9/12 months from the day of production. Store outside the fridge, in a cool and dry place away from heat sources
THE BOX CONTAINS:
- 5 - 10 or 15 chocolate cereal pods hand-prepared (depending on the chosen format)
- 500g -1000g or 1500g of very fresh 100% sheep ricotta (if you choose the filling with ricotta)
- 400g -800g or 1200g of very fine white chocolate cream (if you choose the filling with cream)

PROCEDURE IF YOU CHOOSE THE RICOTTA FILLING

Open the sicilybox cannoli kit and arrange the ciokocereali wafers on a surface

Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, take it out and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta.
