WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our shipments are delivered throughout Italy within 48 to 72 hours. However, there are exceptional circumstances that may cause delivery delays, such as the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, during which times may be extended. Other delays may be due to issues with the courier handling the shipment.

This way, we ensure the cold chain is not broken. We also guarantee that products can be in transit up to 6 days in winter and up to 4 days in summer.
