  • To ensure the arrival of fresh products during the week, it is necessary to order by 1 PM on Tuesday.
  • Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €59.90, for orders below this amount shipping costs €6.90. For Europe shipping is free for orders over €159.99.
  • The cost for shipping to islands and remote areas is 12.90 euros
  • for abroad, shipping is calculated based on the zone
  • Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 4 euros and the package cannot be refused

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    Our shipments are delivered throughout Italy within 48/72 hours. However, there are exceptional circumstances that may cause delivery delays, such as the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, during which times may be extended. Other delays may be due to issues with the courier handling the shipment.

    Whatever the reason, if your package is delayed, we invite you to contact our customer service so we can help resolve any shipping issues.

    CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

    Yes, just click on the tracking link sent via email. The link will be activated within 10 hours of the box's departure.

    Shipping cost within Italy is €6.90. We also offer free shipping for orders over €79.90. For international shipments, prices start from €13.90.

    Cash on delivery payment includes a €4 surcharge. It is important to note that refusal of delivery is not allowed, in accordance with current regulations on online purchases of food products. Please remember that if the package is not accepted or if the courier fails to deliver more than twice, costs related to order management, package return, and the total value of undelivered products will be charged.
