The Pulled Pork and Nebrodi Black Pig Braciolino Combo Box is designed for those who want the best of both our specialties in a single kit. Two different souls, but one certainty: the quality of the Nebrodi black pig meat, raised semi-wild and processed with slow methods respectful of tradition.
On one side you find the pulled pork, cooked at low temperature for over 12 hours, which easily shreds and retains a unique juiciness, enriched with cheddar and sauce of your choice. On the other, the pistachio braciolino, where the meat, also slowly cooked at low temperature, our artisanal pesto, giving life to a sandwich with an unmistakable character.
Two buns, two different but complementary experiences: the robustness of pulled pork and the refinement of pistachio braciolino. Together they tell the story of an extraordinary meat, that of the Nebrodi black pig, crafted with passion and respect to offer you a product like no other.
WHAT THE KIT CONTAINS
- 2 soft and fragrant 100-gram buns each
- 1 bag of Pulled Pork of 150 grams to be reheated in a bain-marie
- 3 Black Nebrodi Pork chops of 50 grams each
- 1 sauce of choice of 40 grams between Honey Mustard and BBQ
- 2 slices of cheddar of 20 grams each
- 1 small bowl of pistachio pesto of 40 grams
PREPARATION
Pulled Pork: immerse the vacuum bag in hot water and reheat in a bain-marie for about 5 minutes, without opening it
Black Nebrodi Pork Chops: To maximize the flavor of our Black Pork Chop, preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the chops for about 7 minutes. This step will ensure optimal reheating, making the meat tender and juicy, ready to delight your palate.
