Open the Sicilybox cannoli kit, arrange the wafers on a surface, and pour the pistachio granules and chocolate chips onto a small plate.

Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, take it out and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta.

Take a wafer, apply light pressure on the piping bag, and with small rotating movements, fill the wafer first on one side and then on the other.

Once the filling phase is complete, dip one part of the cannolo in the pistachio granules and the other in the chocolate chips, then finally dust with powdered sugar.
