HOW TO PREPARE SICILIAN GRANITA
Mix the two elements well Mother Drink and water with the help of a simple spoon, pour the mixture into a container that you will close with itsuo lid, and put it in the freezer.
Keep it in the freezer for at least 10 hours, the time necessary for the mix of Mother Drink and water to solidify completely, taking the shape of the container.
At this point, pull the container out of the freezer and, after leaving it for a few minutes at room temperature, start scraping the solid mix with acommon kitchen fork to obtain a very fine grain. Scratch with a fork until the desired quantity is obtained and serve with the brioche.
If you prefer a more velvety consistency, once the preparation has solidified as illustrated in the first method, you can use a blender.
In this case, however, we advise you to freeze the mix inside smaller containers or shapes. The classic shapes for ice cubes will be fine, so as to obtain frozen cubes even in less time! that can be easily inserted into the blender.tore.
If you have less time available, we offer you another way with the same ingredients. Close the container with the mix and put it in the freezer; more or less eachhalf an hour, stir vigorously with a spoon, always scraping the frozen walls. Repeat this step until the granita has the consistencya
