La Paisanella is a butcher, butchers and family-run dairy,managed by the Agostino family. History

Thanks to aproject wanted bySicily region  for the revaluation of the Black Pig of the Nebrodi and onepartnership with the Universityà of science efood Technology of Parma, the familyAgostino he learned the traditional techniques of Emilian pork butchery and he applied them to meat reared and slaughtered on the Nebrodi, as tradition teaches.

The result ishams and cold cuts of rare goodness, which express all the aromatic notes of the forest and yes
enrich theseasoning in a cnatural stone door mountain, refined according to the delicate Emilian technique but whichget rich copious esoft fat typical ofnebroid piglet.

Today Sebastiano's children,He knows isPina Agostino work in the company together with their parents and uncles and prepare to become the third generation of interpreters of the territory and dthe meats of the precious piglet.
